Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights related to your personal data, including:

  • Access and Data Portability. You may confirm whether we process your personal data and request access to a copy of that data. Where feasible and required by state law, we will provide data in a portable format.

How We Protect Your Personal Data

We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data against accidental loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include restricting access to personal data to those employees, contractors, and service providers who need the information to perform their duties and who are required to maintain its confidentiality.

However, no website, online system, or electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to or through our website. This includes maintaining our business operations, processing and servicing loans or investments, complying with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolving disputes, and ensuring security and fraud prevention.

Because of the nature of our business, certain records and financial information may need to be retained for extended periods to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to financial reporting, anti-money-laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.

When personal data is no longer required for these purposes, we will delete, destroy, or deidentify it in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.
